0 wins over temptations and quickly feeding children all excess chocolate found about the house to give her an edge over temptation!

Well this comment may make you guess that I'm quite partial to chocolate myself, but I have to say that dark chocolate is good for you ... true, I'm not trying to tempt you :)
Also, this is just a thought, but rather than cutting out chocolate completely have you thought about giving yourself an 'allowance'. Sometimes if we know we're 'allowed' to have some we look forward to it and stick to it more than if we're trying to cut it out completely..... Of course, if you think this won't work for you then ignore my comments completely. All the best with with your challenge.

I use the reward scheme to help myself avoid temptation but in this case I am avoiding chocolate to help Cecilia with her reflux. I am not sure if it is the caffeine in the chocolate or what - but I have noticed that chocolate in my diet tends to irritate my infants who have reflux. So for now - my rewards need to be chocolate free. :-(
