A blog dedicated to sharing the joys and challenges of being the mum to a large family.
"For me prayer is a surge of the heart, it is a simple look towards Heaven, it is a cry of recognition and of love, embracing both trial and joy."

hi! that was funny... i think!?
was it created just to be funny or putting down homeschooling?
We have been homeschooling for the past 15 years and we found this incredibly funny and did not see it as being a put down. Homeschoolers are typically known for their virtues and politness, the last thing youwould expect would be to to be robbed by a homeschooler. All of our kids suspect the singers are homeschoolers. To add to our amusment we know a brother sister combo by the names of... Abby and Tim - both homeschoooled. :-0
The singers, in our opinion, are very talented both with their voices and facial expresions and I would love to see more of their parodies!
I sincerely hope that anyone visiting my blog and viewing this video clip will not be insulted. If the authors of the parody are anti homeschoool - it is good to be able to laugh at ourselves
I think those guys just write a short song about anything someone writes in suggesting, if they like the idea. I saw some of their other parodies and they were pretty funny, especially the one about fear of frogs. I haven't watched all of them, so I don't know if any of them might be offensive. As a former homeschooler, I think there's a lot to laugh about in regards to homeschooling (just as there is a lot to laugh about in just about any type of schooling. College?!) A lot of the homeschooler stereotypes are true! I am nerdy, meek, and sometimes even sneaky. :)
